Personal Fitness is a Learning Lab class for 7th and 8th graders. Learning Labs are semester long elective classes that students have once a week on Wednesdays.
Objectives of this class include the following:
To expose/introduce students to a wide variety of different types of recreational activities so they can find some type of movement that appeals to them to reinforce the importance of lifelong fitness
To teach students how to make healthy eating choices that meet their nutritional needs
