Congratulations to 7th grader Jonny and 8th grader Haley for being chosen as this week's Shining Knights. Both are recognized for giving 110% in everything they do!

The Kindergarten classes at St. Mary’s learned about a butterfly’s life cycle by raising their own caterpillars to butterflies. Mrs. Arnold’s Kindergarten class released their butterflies today!

Did you know bears don't hibernate? The 1st graders learned they torpor on this educational field trip!

Congratulations to 1st grader Shreerham and 2nd Grader Garron for being recognized as SMS Shining Knights! Their kindness shines in their classrooms!

Congratulations to 8th grader Scotty for being a member of the MBDA State Honor Band! He was 1 of 4 tubas selected from the entire state! WAY TO GO SCOTTY! Be proud of this great honor!

The 6th graders enjoyed their field trip to the Minnesota History Center, and the hands-on learning that it involved!

Returning this year is PRE-REGISTRATION, allowing you to register before auction night, speeding up your check-in process with our express line for pre-registrants – making you feel like a Very Important Person as you get quick access to all the fantastic auction packages.

SMS Student Council is back at it again. This group of young ladies and gentleman are always looking for ways to make a difference. Our new mission is to Create Change! If you have any loose change laying around, we would love for you to drop it off to our change bucket by the SMS office, we are hoping to raise $150 in coins to purchase 3 dairy goats for families in a developing country!

Congratulations to 5th grader Zachary and 6th grader Morgan for being this week's Shining Knights. We are proud of these students for living out our core values!

Congratulations to Henry Jessop for competing in the State Geography Bee! Thanks for doing a great job of representing St. Mary's School!

Did you know that the moon orbits around the Earth at the speed of 2, 288 miles per hour? First graders are learning all about the moon, sun and stars. They even used oreo cookies to make phases of the moon. It was fun!

Don't forget to shop Fareway this week and round up your bill to the nearest dollar. All proceeds will benefit SMS!

We wish you all a Happy Easter! Lord, the resurrection of Your Son has given us new life and renewed hope. Help us to live as new people in pursuit of the Christian ideal. Grant us wisdom to know what we must do, the will to want to do it, the courage to undertake it, the perseverance to continue to do it, and the strength to complete it.
