St. Mary's School unveils a new website design

St. Mary's School unveiled a new website design today. The new format will allow staff members to easily update the site without contracting with an outside technology company to make the changes for the school.

The site has moved from a Word Press platform to a new more mobile-friendly platform from a company named eCatholic. The new platform also allows for the school to more easily integrate its social media presence into its website.

Viewers can expect to see more pictures on the photo album page as well as more school events on the calendar. School and faith community families can still access Scrip forms and lunch menus from the website. One new feature is a "Request More Information" form which allows new families to inquire about the school online and set-up a tour to learn more about St. Mary's.

Eventually, teacher pages will also be available on the site. For now, following the link on the staff directory page will direct families to teacher websites. As teachers get accustomed to the new format, more and more features will be added to the website. Please direct suggestions and comments for improvement to Mr. Smith at [email protected]
