Additional Information

Upon admittance you will need to set up a Family FACTS account. This account will be used for tuition payment plans. There is a $50 FACTS Parent Portal FEE applied. You will be contacted on how to set up your Family FACTS account if admitted.

If your family chooses to withdraw your application, your FACTS payment plan FEE will not be refunded. Please note completing the application process does NOT guarantee admittance, you will be contacted with more details.

Current St. Mary’s Families have a priority registration period till January 31st.

New Families will be contacted after February 15th on applications.

Required Documentation
All preschoolers must have immunization records updated and turned in prior to the start of school.

All transfer students from 1-8 grade must have transcripts from previous school(s) and birth certificate copy prior to the start of school.

All Kindergarteners must have immunization records updated and a copy of birth certificate and early childhood preschool screening turned in prior to the start of the school year.

AGREEMENT TERMS

St. Mary’s School retains the right to determine if a student is accepted. Upon admission, as parent(s)/guardian(s), we accept financial responsibility for all tuition, fees and charges on behalf of the named student(s). It is our obligation to make timely payments and we understand if we are not up to date with our payments, it may affect our ability to continue our enrollment.
